Hey a flickr photo of me taken by my wife just got BoingBoinged. To be fair they could care less about me... it was on a story about the Millenium Park sculpture... Anyway, here I am jumping like a fool in front of the sculpture:

That's kinda strange that a blog like BoingBoing wouldn't at least give some sort of attribution. I wonder if they chose your picture 'cause it's not licensed by Creative Commons.
Hmm, that's a good point. I never thought of thumbnails as fair use, but yeah, they are like an excerpt of a photograph.
