Boing Boinged.
Hey a flickr photo of me taken by my wife just got BoingBoinged. To be fair they could care less about me... it was on a story about the Millenium Park sculpture... Anyway, here I am jumping like a fool in front of the sculpture:

Too bad Boing Boing doesn't link flickr thumbnails properly so they can be clicked through.
The original photo appeared on this blog back in August.

That's kinda strange that a blog like BoingBoing wouldn't at least give some sort of attribution. I wonder if they chose your picture 'cause it's not licensed by Creative Commons.

Hmm, that's a good point. I never thought of thumbnails as fair use, but yeah, they are like an excerpt of a photograph.
Check out this post where security guards actually demanded someone needs a permit to photograph the bean. (via Chris)
