this photo reminds me of a place that i have been in northern part of iran, known as "somaleh". the entire town is built into the mountain and on the ground level is where the businesses used to be and people used to interact with one another. GREAT PHOTO THANKS FOR SHARING IT WITH US.

Holy shit man. This is insane. I have a hard time believing this is real and not some figment of your imagination rendered for us to be awed by. Do you ever travel to boring places like Ohio? If so, look me up. I want to buy you a drink and hear some tales.
Boss, this is great. I am a travel freak and this place is GREAT. And as Tim said, if you drop by in India, look me up, may be not a drink but I shall take you out for dinner.
Wow, I have to agree with the previous comments. Incredible photo and I'm also very curious about the stories connected to these photo's.
How come you travel so much? Is it holiday or for work? The result is a great photosite!!!!
People cross our paths for different reasons - to give us a lesson, to share our joy, even to bring us sorrow. Your photos have given me incredible awe and joy. Thank you so much for sharing them.
PS - The drink offer is extended to Atlanta, GA and I will include dinner as well
