Most of your images carry such a force that they convey something more than they are. Your portraits make one feel just being part of the scene. Do I know these people? No. But somehow, along with the scenery they seem to be familiar. It's not possible to ignore them. Somehow, you make me, the observer, want to listen to them. I don't know how you do that, but I can't just walk away from these shots.

They don't look like Han Chinese because they are not, they are Uyghurs who are a Turkic people.
