I'd love to know what you were thinking when you took these shots. Personally I prefer the one on the right -- after seeing all of the places you've traveled to through your gorgeous photography -- I don't know how to explain it, but all of those experiences are written on your face -- in a good way. does that make sense? I'm really loving your polaroid work. Is there any end to your talent? :-)
Amazing. I've often thought about age myself. I don't have many photos of myself when I was a teenage so now's the time for me to take all that I have and another 5 years or so, do the same.
Oh my! I love self portraits. To quote Rod Stewart, "You wear it well." First of all, I see you've lost the tie - good. (Disclaimer - please forgive the following armchair psychology.) Your eyes in the 15-yr. old photo look guarded, a little dispassionate, and there's that quizzical lift of the eyebrow....just a touch of haughty, or maybe sophistication? The portrait on the right is awesome - looking directly into the camera, directly into the viewers eyes. Very honest.

This pair of polaroids is the most intriguing set of photos that I have seen in a long time. Love the site. Thanks for the inspiration.
