I was born in and lived in Southeast Texas the first 2/3's of my life. I know this look. You captured the look, but your viewers shouldn't assume too much about what's behind those eyes and in that soul. Texans often have hard outer shells and soft middles. My Dad had this look until the day he died.
Still a Texan, but lovin' California!
